Sexing day old chicks is not an exact science. The hatchery claims a 90% accuracy rate on sexing birds. Unfortunately we can not guarantee the sex of birds you purchase. We may assist you in finding a new home for birds that turn out to be an unexpected sex but we are not obligated to offer a refund.
Straight Run indicates the birds were shipped without identifying sex so you may expect to see a mix of hens and roosters.

Please note that this is a reservation for chicks, not a purchase.
You will not be charged for the birds until you pick them up.
Once birds arrive in-store, and in good health, reservations will be kept for 3 days. If chicks are not picked up within 3 days, the reservation will be lifted and those chicks will be available to the public.
