Salt improves gill function, protects against nitrite toxicity, and reduces stress by helping to maintain a natural balance of electrolytes in the body fluids of pond fish. It may be used safely with all API pond water conditioners, filtration materials, fish remedies, and fish foods.
Treats up to 550 US Gallons
Ponds with plants: add 1.25 cups of Pond Salt for each 100 gallons of pond water. Ponds without plants: add 2.5 cups of Pond Salt for each 100 gallons of pond water.
